Maintenance instructions

2021-11-02

Charging shall not be higher than the maximum charging voltage and discharging shall not be lower than the minimum operating voltage.

Lithium ion batteries must be kept above the minimum operating voltage at any time. Overdischarge or self-discharge reaction of low voltage will lead to decomposition and destruction of lithium ion active substances, which may not necessarily be reducible.

Any form of overcharging of lithium-ion batteries can cause serious damage to battery performance and even explosion.  Overcharge of lithium ion battery must be avoided in the charging process.

Do not often deep discharge, deep charge.  However, after every 30 or so charge cycles, the power detection chip automatically performs a deep discharge and deep charge to accurately assess the state of the battery.

Avoid high temperatures, shorten life at best, and cause explosions at worst.  Store in refrigerator if possible.  Remove the lithium-ion battery strip from your laptop if it is running on AC power to prevent heat from the laptop.

Avoid freezing, but the freezing point of most lithium ion battery electrolyte solutions is at -40℃, which is not easy to freeze.

If not used for a long time, please use 40% to 60% of the charge capacity storage.  When the power is too low, it may lead to overdischarge due to self-discharge.

Because lithium ion batteries will naturally age when not in use, therefore, purchase should be based on actual demand, not too much purchase.
